A key leadership position within the Education and Training Committee, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality educational content across ASGBI’s portfolio. Working closely with the Consultant Lead, the Co-Lead will support the development of innovative learning resources, ensuring alignment with ASGBI’s strategic priorities and the needs of the surgical community.
Key responsibilities
• Support planning and delivery of the Working Group’s workplan
• Deputise for the Consultant Lead when required
• Contribute senior educational input and experience
• Support liaison with other ASGBI committees and stakeholders
• Attend monthly Working Group meetings
Eligibility: Applicants must be current ASGBI members and consultants (or of equivalent professional standing).
Term of Office: Two years, with the option to extend and/or apply for a further two-year term.
