ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Be a fully paid ASGBI member for at least one year preceding the closing date of applications and be in current NHS consultant practice.
  • Be a minimum of 12 months into their first substantiative post as a consultant (or equivalent) surgeon.
  • Have an interest in emergency general and trauma surgery.

  • The Lead would be invited to participate in ASGBI Executive Board (not a director) and Congress Planning Meetings.
  • The Lead would be invited to represent the ECCN at ASGBI Council Meetings.  Travel expenses will be in accordance with the Policies of the Association in force at the time.
