Santhana is a Foundation Doctor in General Surgery at Oxford University Hospitals and is the Foundation Trainee Rep for the Moynihan Academy. Passionate about medical education, she’s committed to fostering a culture of teaching that leads to lasting improvements for both trainees and patients. She’ll soon begin Core Surgical Training in London and her interests include humanitarian work and inspiring women and the next generation to pursue surgery.
