Mr Ravinder Vohra is a Consultant General and Gastrointestinal Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, where he leads the Trent Oesophago-Gastric Unit.
He specialises in keyhole gallbladder operations, procedures for reflux and hiatus hernias, and abdominal wall hernia surgeries. An alumnus of the University of Birmingham, University of Leeds, and the London School of Economics and Political Science, Mr Vohra holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and serves as an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham.
His research focuses on "Big Data" analysis and enhancing access to clinical trials, with over 100 peer-reviewed publications in leading surgical journals.
