Mohamed Issa is an ST7 General Surgery trainee in the West Midlands with interests in upper GI, bariatric, and minimally invasive surgery. Mohamed is passionate about surgical education, trainee development, and creating practical, supportive learning opportunities. Having previously served as Social Media and Engagement Lead for the Moynihan Academy. As Training Lead, he is keen to support the development of accessible, high-quality training opportunities, foster collaboration, and help trainees navigate their progression through surgery with confidence.. Outside work, he enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with his family.
