Mehwish completed her basic surgical training in Pakistan and moved to the UK to further develop her clinical and academic skills. She has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education and is currently pursuing MSc in Clinical Research. With a strong passion for surgical education, quality improvement and leadership, she is actively involved as RCS faculty on national surgical skill courses and contributes to training and service development initiatives.
As EGS lead, she aims to promote high-quality emergency surgical care, support trainee development, and collaboration in education and service improvement.
