Ke En is a clinical research fellow working in transplant surgery at Addenbrooke's Hospital. He completed medical school and foundation training in Ireland, followed by further surgical training in South Wales and East of England. He aims to foster a collaborative surgical training community that represents surgical resident doctors. By promoting high quality educational content and opportunities, he aims to support the development of locally employed doctors in their career. Looking forward, his goal is to inspire continuous education and research while building a supportive network of surgical doctors across all stages of their careers.
