Kate is a Consultant Colorectal and Trauma Surgeon at the Royal London Hospital. She works split between trauma care and elective colorectal surgery.
Alongside clinical practice Kate has a keen interest in education and clinical management. She is current ASGBI Director for Trauma, a member of our SLIM network, the Major Trauma Training Interface Group Fellowship Committee Joint Chair, and a member of the ACPGBI education committee.
These roles nationally aim to ensure trauma surgery evolves as a specialty in a structured, sustainable way with measured outcomes.
