Gita has been a proud member of the MA since its inception in 2020. She is passionate about all things MA and is keen to spread the word! As well as Vice President, Gita has also been the MA treasurer and Core Training rep. Gita is a colorectal trainee in the East of England, however she is currently out of programme, undertaking research at St Mark’s Hospital in London. Her work focuses on the use of AI in Crohn’s disease. As President, she hopes to bring more events to the MA membership and keep costs low!
