Mr Giles Bond-Smith is a Consultant General Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, specialising in liver, pancreatic, and biliary (HPB) surgery, as well as complex hernia repairs.
He graduated from University College London Medical School and completed his surgical training at prominent London hospitals, including University College Hospital, The Royal Free Hospital, St Bartholomew’s Hospital, and The Royal London Hospital.
To further enhance his expertise, he gained laparoscopic HPB experience at the Mayo Clinic in the USA. In addition to his clinical roles, Mr Bond-Smith is actively involved in surgical education and research, contributing to advancements in HPB and emergency surgery.
