Anjana Singh is a General & Colorectal Surgeon at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where she is part of the Robotic Colorectal Surgery team. She graduated with a BSc. and MBBS degree from United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals (UMDS) and obtained her MD from the University of London. Her higher surgical training was in the North-East London region. She was appointed as a consultant in August 2008 and received funding, which she used to explore Colorectal Surgery practices in the major centres in USA.

Her clinical interests include Colorectal Cancer, Minimally Invasive Surgery and ERP/ERAS. She has a keen interest in training and education and is Senior Clinical Tutor for the University of Buckingham Medical School (UBMS), an examiner for Oxford Medical School and a member of the ARCP panel for General Surgery specialty trainees. Anjana is also an Intercollegiate examiner for both MRCS and FRCS examinations. She has recently been appointed as the Surgical Subspecialities College Tutor for Milton Keynes Hospital. Her other interest is greener and sustainable surgery.
