Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received 7 working days prior to the meeting and will be refunded less a 10% administration charge. After this date the Association regrets that no refunds will be given.

Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.

In the event that ASGBI cancels the meeting, their liability will be limited to registrations fees already paid to the Association for the meeting.
