Trade exhibition
The Exhibition, together with catering and posters, will be conveniently housed in the Great Northern Hall, adjacent to the auditorium. Delegates have to walk through the exhibition to get to all the other breakout rooms.
Exhibition Stand Options
| A) | Shell Scheme @ £235 per sq metre comprising “Velcro”
compatible “Click” system black wall panels and aluminium uprights; fascia board with comany name and stand number per open front. |
| B) | Floor Space Only @ £220 per sq metre (minimum size 18 square metres). The hall floor is fully carpeted in clover. |
Also included - daily cleaning of stands; free tea, coffee and lunch for all exhibitors; company listing plus 100 words of editorial in the meeting programme; delegate list.
Furniture, lighting, power, telephones and other ancillary services are not in cluded in the cost of exhibiting. These will be available to order through the “Exhibitors Guide” which will be sent to exhibitors after stand applications have been received. Prior to completing the application form for stand space, it is recommended that you contact either Janet Mills or Carolyn Still on 02392 570888 to reserve your stand, check availability or discuss your requirements. Reservations made by telephone, fax or letter can be held for a maximum of two working weeks.
