The 2003 ASGBI Annual Scientific Meeting will be held at the Manchester
International Convention Centre from the 7th to the 9th May 2003.
Ideally located in the centre of the city, MICC is a state-of-the-art
venue containing 12,500 square metres of exhibition space in three halls,
an auditorium for 800 and 12 breakout rooms.
This striking complex mixes classical Victorian architecture with contemporary
lines and is at the forefront of the UK exhibition and conference industry.
Manchester is Britain’s second largest city and as such receives
hundreds of thousands of visitors each year from all over the world.
One of Europe’s most vibrant cities, Manchester has a lot to offer
including shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, canals and
historic houses.
Playing host recently to the biggest Commonwealth Games ever has been
the catalyst for a huge revitalization of this already vibrant, bustling
city.
