The submitting authors of all abstracts have now been contacted with details of whether their paper has been accepted for presentation at the meeting. If you have not yet been told the status of your application please click here to email the administrator. You should including the name of the submitting author, title of the abstract and reference number if known. Please note that both oral and poster presenters are required to register to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting. Click here to register now!

Short Paper Presentations
The submitting authors of all abstracts accepted for oral presentation at the meeting have now been sent details of their presentation, including details of the session in which they will present. If you have not yet received these details please click here to email the administrator . You should including the name of the submitting author, title of the abstract and reference number if known. Each presentation should be 10 minutes in duration and there will be a further 5 minutes for discussion. All presentations throughout the Scientific Meeting will be delivered using PowerPoint format. Please email your completed presentation to asgbi@sla.uk.com by Wednesday 28th March 2007. This will enable all presentations to be transferred onto a single disk for each session in order to expedite the changeover of speakers and avoid unnecessary interruption to the programme.

Poster Presentations
The submitting authors of all abstracts accepted for poster presentation at the meeting have now been sent details of their presentation. If you have not yet received these details please click here to email the administrator. You should include the name of the submitting author, title of the abstract and reference number if known.

All posters will be displayed for the duration of the three day meeting in the Central Hall at Manchester Central. You will be required to put up your poster where indicated by 9:00am on Wednesday 18th April 2007. Your poster should then be taken down after 2.00pm on Friday 20th April 2007 and we regret that ASGBI are unable to return any posters that are not collected from Manchester Central by this date.

The dimensions of the poster boards are 227cm high x 94.5cm wide. The number of the poster board allocated to you will be emailed to you in March 2007.

If you only have access to limited illustration or printing resources you may wish to consider using a design firm. Scienceposters, a specialised design business offering clinical and scientific graphic design services, design and print conference posters at an extremely competitive rate.
