Civic Reception and Gala Dinner

The Association’s inaugural Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday 14th May 2009 under Alasdair Gray’s celestial ceiling mural, Scotland’s largest piece of public art, in the spectacular surroundings of Oràn Mór.

The Dinner will raise funds for the Association’s new charitable foundation and its overseas’ surgical fellowship and educational activities. The evening takes the form of a civic reception, kindly hosted by Glasgow City Council, and dinner with an auction and entertainment, and provides the ideal opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues.
