Fellows
This category applies to those who are engaged entirely in surgical work, in practice, teaching or research. They shall hold consultant appointments or be of consultant status, this to include associate specialists.
Rates for 2008
£325.00 payable by cheque only in the first year. Subsequent subscriptions are payable by direct debit instruction from a UK bank account.
Corresponding Fellows
This category applies to those who live abroad, including Fellows in the Armed Forces who are posted abroad. Corresponding Fellows will be of consultant status.

If receiving the British Journal of Surgery : £190.00 per year. Mailing only : £90.00 per year.
Affiliate Fellows
This category is open to those who are qualified medical practioners and express an interest in a career in General Surgery.

If receiving the British Journal of Surgery: £110.00 per year. Mailings only £60.00 payable by cheque only in the first year. Subsequent subscriptions by a direct debit instruction from a UK bank account.
Associate Fellowship
This category applies to Staff Grade or comparable Surgeons. Associate Fellows shall be engaged principally in surgical work.
