Open Poetry Competition
Terms and Conditions:

1. Poems must be the work of the person submitting the entry and be previously unpublished.

2. The two best poems will be chosen, one in each category and a maximum of 3 entries per person is allowed.

3. Work should be submitted by email through the ASGBI website attaching your name and contact details.

4. The judges' decision is final, and no discussion or correspondence can be entered into on their decision.

5. The two winning poems will be displayed at the EICC, published in the Association’s newsletter and on the ASGBI website. By submitting work to this competition, you agree to provide ASGBI with non-exclusive rights to publish your poem should it be selected as a competition winner. ASGBI makes no claim to work submitted and copyright remains the property of the author. No fee is offered for publication, however an author’s credit will be published.

6. Please note that this competition is only open to Members and Affiliated Societies of ASGBI or to those registered to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting.

7. The closing date for entries was Friday 21st April 2006.
